PLCMind End-User License Agreement

This software is licensed, not sold. By installing PLCMind you agree to the following terms:
PLCMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) copy of this software on your computer for the purpose of automating PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming workflows with Siemens TIA Portal.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.
This software bundles Microsoft Edge WebView2 (Microsoft Corporation) and Eclipse Temurin JRE 21 (Eclipse Foundation / Adoptium Working Group), each governed by their respective open-source licenses. The full text of these licenses is available at:

"TIA Portal" is a registered trademark of Siemens AG. PLCMind is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, or an official product of, Siemens AG.
This software is designed to interoperate with Siemens TIA Portal via the official TIA Openness API. TIA Portal and any related Siemens software are governed by their own license agreements and are NOT bundled with this installer. The user is responsible for procuring and licensing TIA Portal separately.
PLCMind does not collect or transmit your data by default. Optional, opt-in diagnostic data collection is available in the application settings and is disabled by default. When enabled, transmitted data is redacted to remove all engineering content (block names, code, project data).
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
