PLCMind 最终用户许可协议

版本 V0.9.27.0

本软件按许可方式授权使用，而非出售。安装 PLCMind 即表示您同意以下条款：

1. 许可授予

PLCMind 授予您一项非独占、不可转让的许可，允许您在一台（1 台）计算机上安装并使用本软件的一份副本，用于借助西门子 TIA Portal 实现 PLC（可编程逻辑控制器）编程工作流的自动化。

2. 使用限制

除非适用法律明确允许，您不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编。您不得出租、租赁或出借本软件。

3. 第三方组件

本软件捆绑了 Microsoft Edge WebView2（Microsoft Corporation）与 Eclipse Temurin JRE 21（Eclipse Foundation / Adoptium Working Group），二者分别受各自的开源许可证约束。上述许可证全文见：

"TIA Portal" 是西门子股份公司（Siemens AG）的注册商标。PLCMind 是独立的第三方工具，与西门子股份公司无隶属关系，亦非其官方产品。

4. 第三方 PLC 集成

本软件通过官方 TIA Openness API 与西门子 TIA Portal 协同工作。TIA Portal 及相关西门子软件受其自身的许可协议约束，均不随本安装程序分发。用户须自行获取并取得 TIA Portal 的使用授权。

5. 数据收集

PLCMind 默认不收集、不传输您的数据。应用设置中提供可选的诊断数据收集，且默认关闭。开启后，传输的数据会经过脱敏处理，以移除全部工程内容（块名、代码、项目数据）。

6. 免责声明

本软件按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。软件质量与性能的全部风险由您承担。

7. 责任限制

无论基于合同、侵权还是其他情形，PLCMind 及其作者均不对因本软件或使用本软件所引起的或与之相关的任何索赔、损害或其他责任承担责任。

PLCMind End-User License Agreement

Version V0.9.26.0

This software is licensed, not sold. By installing PLCMind you agree to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

PLCMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) copy of this software on your computer for the purpose of automating PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming workflows with Siemens TIA Portal.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.

3. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

This software bundles Microsoft Edge WebView2 (Microsoft Corporation) and Eclipse Temurin JRE 21 (Eclipse Foundation / Adoptium Working Group), each governed by their respective open-source licenses. The full text of these licenses is available at:

"TIA Portal" is a registered trademark of Siemens AG. PLCMind is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, or an official product of, Siemens AG.

4. THIRD-PARTY PLC INTEGRATION

This software is designed to interoperate with Siemens TIA Portal via the official TIA Openness API. TIA Portal and any related Siemens software are governed by their own license agreements and are NOT bundled with this installer. The user is responsible for procuring and licensing TIA Portal separately.

5. DATA COLLECTION

PLCMind does not collect or transmit your data by default. Optional, opt-in diagnostic data collection is available in the application settings and is disabled by default. When enabled, transmitted data is redacted to remove all engineering content (block names, code, project data).

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLCMIND OR ITS AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
